Position Overview

The Full Stack Digital Solutions Developer will be responsible for conducting system analysis, design, development, maintenance, and ongoing support for RACQ's digital platforms and applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical expertise in the implementation, administration, maintenance, and support of digital systems and services to align with the evolving needs of RACQ and its members.
  • Collaborate with various teams within RACQ Technology and business sectors to ensure all project deliveries are backed by the most suitable solutions.
  • Enhance existing CI/CD processes to improve delivery efficiency.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proven experience in supporting high-availability production systems.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle and its various stages.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Capability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse customer environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including peer review capabilities.
  • Proficient in RDBMS (SQL), programming languages, and software development tools.
  • Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies, practices, and principles.

  • Xamarin/MAUI (desirable)

  • C# .NET (Framework 4.5+ and .NET 6-8)
  • Sitecore Versions 8 – 10.2 (desirable)
  • JavaScript, React, or Angular (desirable)
  • CSS 3 (Sass)
