About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide system analysis, design, development, maintenance, and ongoing support for RACQ's digital applications and platforms.
  • Provide technical expertise in relation to implementation, administration, maintenance, and support of digital systems and services to meet the current and future needs of RACQ and its members.
  • Collaborate with various other teams within RACQ Technology and business pillars to ensure all deliveries are supported by the most appropriate solution.
  • Build on current CI/CD processes to increase delivery cadence.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Full Stack Developer who possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will have a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and various phases, as well as experience working with agile development methodologies, practices, and principles.

Requirements

  • Excellent communicator with stakeholder management skills.
  • Experienced in supporting highly available production systems.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and various phases.
  • Strong organisational, time management and, prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work individually or within a team framework, and in varying customer environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including peer review capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of RDBMS (SQL), programming languages, and software development tools.
  • Hands-on experience working with agile development methodologies, practices, and principles.

  • Xamarin/MAUI (desirable)
  • Restful Web Patterns

  • C#.NET (Framework 4.5+ and.NET 6-8)
  • Sitecore Versions 8 – 10.2 (desirable)
  • JavaScript, React or Angular desirable)
  • CSS 3(Sass)
