We are seeking an experienced Digital Manual Tester to join our team at Exclaim IT. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and managing testing frameworks, writing and executing test cases, and facilitating workshops to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a traceability framework to ensure that all system requirements are covered by test cases.
  • Establish and maintain a testing execution framework to efficiently manage and track testing activities.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to understand functionality requirements and agree on test scope and coverage.
  • Create detailed and comprehensive system and system integration test (SIT) cases based on functional specifications and business requirements.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT) test cases, ensuring alignment with business needs and requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries, with a deep understanding of industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong skills in manual testing, including writing and executing test cases, and identifying and documenting defects.
  • Experience setting up and managing test traceability and execution frameworks.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with business stakeholders to gather requirements and agree on test coverage.
  • High level of attention to detail with a focus on delivering accurate and thorough testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks relevant to system and integration testing.
