Position Overview

A Digital Full Stack Developer is responsible for conducting system analysis, design, development, maintenance, and ongoing support for RACQ's digital applications and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical expertise related to the implementation, administration, maintenance, and support of digital systems and services to fulfill the evolving needs of RACQ and its members.
  • Collaborate with various teams within RACQ Technology and business sectors to ensure that all deliveries are backed by the most suitable solutions.
  • Enhance existing CI/CD processes to boost delivery frequency.

Candidate Profile

  • Strong communicator with effective stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in supporting highly available production systems.
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle and its various stages.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team, adapting to diverse customer environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, including peer review capabilities.
  • Practical knowledge of RDBMS (SQL), programming languages, and software development tools.
  • Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies, practices, and principles.
