Community Support Associate

Sunnyfield is a dynamic organisation dedicated to enriching the lives of people with disability by creating choice and control. As a Community Support Associate within our shared living team, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering individuals with disability to live a life of their choice. Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as menu planning, cooking, and cleaning, as well as supporting personal care needs and medication. You will also work to behaviour support plans by utilising positive behaviour strategies and communicate with families about clients' progress.
About You
We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual who wants to make a difference in the lives of people with disability. You will be a positive and organised person who can engage, communicate, and build partnerships with people. Experience in the Disability sector is essential, and you must have a drivers license and vehicle. Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including menu planning, cooking, and cleaning
