Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated Disability Support Professional to join our shared living team. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in supporting and empowering people with disability to live independently and actively participate in their local community. Your duties will include providing assistance with daily living activities, personal care needs, and medication support. You will also work closely with clients to develop person-centred programs that promote an active lifestyle and community participation.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to engage and build partnerships with people. Experience in the Disability sector is essential, and a willingness to provide personal care support is required. A driver's license and vehicle are also necessary for this role.
