Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Center Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our testing center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism in all aspects of testing work.

Main Responsibilities

  • Managing the test center according to established standards and protocols;
  • Welcoming, checking in, and monitoring candidates throughout the examination process;
  • Safeguarding exam security and maintaining a reputation for quality and integrity;
  • Procuring supplies and services as needed;
  • Ensuring a comfortable and test-conducive environment for all candidates;
  • Maintaining order in the testing room and reporting incidents promptly;
  • Reconciling monthly figures and maintaining accurate records;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to candidates and colleagues alike.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in management or customer-facing roles;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities;
