As a Center Manager, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and reputation of our testing hub are maintained and enhanced. Your responsibilities will involve maintaining confidentiality and security in all aspects of testing work, particularly in relation to test materials, candidate information, and training processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up the test center according to industry standards.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the test center.
  • Regularly report to senior management on key performance indicators.
  • Procure essential supplies and services for the test center.
  • Monitor and reconcile monthly figures and expenses.
  • Train and certify invigilators to maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Promote the test center through various marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to increase test registrations.
  • Ensure a positive experience for test takers and future candidates.

In this role, you will also be trained to utilize our proprietary testing system applications. Your responsibilities will include welcoming and checking in candidates, monitoring their progress, and maintaining a secure testing environment.

Key Requirements:
  1. Professionalism and courtesy at all times.
  2. Maintaining a comfortable testing environment.
  3. Managing test center details and user accounts.
  4. Verifying candidate identity and admitting them to the test.
  5. Maintaining order in the testing room.
  6. Maintaining exam confidentiality.
  7. Reconciling monthly figures and payments.
  8. Issuing vouchers for relevant exams.
