Key Responsibilities:

  • Train test center staff on professionalism and confidentiality, fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
  • Develop and implement promotional strategies to enhance registration numbers, working closely with industry partners to drive growth and success.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
