Job Title: Test Center Administrator



**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Guarantee the integrity and reputation of the testing center.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security in all aspects of testing work, particularly in relation to test materials, usernames and passwords, candidate information, training and certification process.

Responsibilities as a Test Center Administrator:

  • Establish and maintain the testing center according to Pearson standards.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the test center.
  • Report to the Regional Center Manager on a regular basis.
  • Procure necessary supplies and services for the test center.
  • Train test center invigilators and ensure professionalism and confidentiality are maintained.
  • Initiate promotional activities to boost registration.
  • Work with industry partners to increase numbers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for test takers and future candidates.

Responsibilities as a Certified Pearson Test Administrator:

  • Manage exam delivery process.
  • Welcome, check in, and monitor candidates.
  • Ensure candidates have a pleasant and comfortable testing environment.
  • Safeguard exam security and maintain a reputation for quality and integrity.
  • Be trained by a Senior TA on running a Pearson VUE Authorized Test Center.
  • Manage test center details and user accounts.
  • Check identity, admit, and monitor candidates.
  • Maintain order in the testing room.
  • Make a report of all incidents and respond when necessary.
  • Maintain exam confidentiality.
  • Reconcile monthly figures and payments received from Pearson.
  • Offer PTE vouchers.
