Maintain and enhance the integrity and reputation of a testing hub as Center Manager. Ensure confidentiality, security, and professionalism in all aspects of testing work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up test centers according to industry standards.

  • Report to Regional Center Manager on a regular basis.
  • Procure necessary supplies and services.
  • Train staff and ensure professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Promote registration and boost numbers with industry partners.
  • Deliver excellent customer service for test takers.

Certified Pearson Test Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Welcome, check in, and monitor candidates.
  • Ensure a comfortable and test-conducive environment.
  • Safeguard exam security and maintain quality and integrity.

Professional Requirements:

  • Be professional and courteous.
  • Maintain order in the testing room.
  • Reconcile monthly figures and payments received.
  • Offer vouchers.
