The Center Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of integrity and reputation in a testing environment.

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain confidentiality and security protocols at all times.
- Procure and manage supplies and services as needed.
- Regularly report performance metrics to regional management.
- Train and supervise test center personnel.
- Promote registration growth through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate partnerships with industry stakeholders to drive business expansion.
- Foster exceptional customer service to guarantee a positive experience for test takers.

- Maintain a comfortable and conducive testing environment.
- Manage test center details and user accounts efficiently.
- Verify identity, admit, and monitor candidates accurately.
- Maintain order and discipline within the testing room.
- Protect exam confidentiality at all costs.
- Reconcile monthly financials and payments diligently.
- Provide PTE vouchers as required.
