Job Opportunity: Center Manager

As the Center Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the reputation of ACE Testing Hub and Test Partners.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security in all aspects of testing work.
Main Responsibilities:
  1. Establish the test center according to Pearson standards, including office acquisition, fit-out, hardware, furniture, and system installation.
  2. Manage daily test center activities.
  3. Regularly report to the Regional Center Manager.
  4. Procure test center supplies and services.
  5. Report monthly figures and office expenses.
  6. Train invigilators and ensure professionalism and confidentiality among team members.
  7. Initiate promotional activities to boost registration.
  8. Work with industry partners to increase numbers.
  9. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for test takers and future candidates.
Responsibilities as the Certified Pearson Test Administrator:
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
  • Ensure a comfortable and conducive testing environment for candidates.
  • Manage test center details, user accounts, and proficiency on Pearson Vue Testing System applications.
  • Verify candidate identity, admit, and monitor them.
  • Maintain order in the testing room.
  • Document incidents and respond when necessary.
  • Maintain exam confidentiality.
  • Reconcile monthly figures and payments received from Pearson.
  • Offer PTE vouchers.
