The Test Center Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of exams. This individual is responsible for maintaining the integrity and reputation of the test center.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining confidentiality and security in all aspects of testing work
  • Setting up test centers according to Pearson standards
  • Managing day-to-day activities of the test center
  • Reporting on a regular basis to management
  • Procurement of test center supplies and services
  • Training test center staff
  • Initiating promotional activities to boost registration
  • Ensuring positive experience for test takers

This includes welcoming, checking in, and monitoring candidates, while ensuring a comfortable and test-conducive environment.

Responsibilities as the Certified Pearson Test Administrator:

  • Be professional and courteous at all times
  • Manage test center details and user accounts
  • Check identity, admit, and monitor candidates
  • Maintain order in the testing room
  • Make a report of all incidents and respond when necessary
  • Maintain exam confidentiality
  • Reconcile monthly figures and payments received
  • Offer PTE vouchers

The Test Center Operations Manager must possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and maintain high levels of organization and attention to detail.

This position requires a Certificated Pearson Test Administrator who can effectively manage the exam delivery process, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
