Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement a comprehensive employee rewards program that drives engagement, retention, and productivity.

This will involve identifying and securing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, managing relationships with suppliers, and curating a range of benefits that meet the diverse needs of employees.

In collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will design and deliver an exceptional user experience, leveraging data insights to continuously refine and improve the program's effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • IDentify and secure core rewards (fuel discounts, supermarket gift cards, gym memberships, theme parks, etc.)
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and suppliers
  • Curate, screen, and track rewards to ensure quality and consistency
  • Work with product and design to deliver a smooth employee experience in our app
  • Measure uptake and usage, and refine the program based on data
