Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Total Rewards Specialist to develop, implement, maintain and administer compensation and benefits programs that meet business objectives.

This role will primarily support Australia and New Zealand with some regional support, ensuring locally competitive programs that meet local business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, maintain and administer compensation and benefits programs, policies, procedures, processes and systems as needed.
  • Support the development of business cases for new programs or changes to existing programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program delivery.
Requirements
  • Strong Excel skills, with experience in data analysis.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tell stories with data and translate technical data into business outcomes.
  • Experience in working collaboratively with cross-functional and non-co-located teams.
  • Applicants must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with Australian work rights.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce/Business/Human Resources/Arts/Finance or similar.
  • Experience in contributing to the development, communication or administration of compensation and/or benefit programs.
  • Experience in working with brokers, benefit providers or other vendors.
  • Experience in a role that required project management skills.
  • Experience in rolling out new programs or changes to existing programs.
