">Job Description:We are seeking an innovative and experienced professional to lead the development, implementation, and management of loyalty programs that drive engagement and deliver strong results. As a Venue Loyalty Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering gaming and venue promotions that foster customer loyalty and retention.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in loyalty program management, preferably in clubs, hotels, or related industries;
- Strong knowledge of gaming and venue promotions with a track record of successful implementation;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels;
- Confident trainer and facilitator with experience delivering client onboarding programs;
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize loyalty programs tailored for clubs and hotels;
- Design and deliver gaming and venue promotions that drive participation and revenue;
- Partner closely with venue managers and clients to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions;
- Lead and deliver training programs to onboard new clients, ensuring seamless adoption of systems and promotions;
- Regularly travel nationally to build relationships, provide support, and deliver training on-site;
- Monitor performance and provide insights to continually enhance promotions and loyalty initiatives;
