About this role

We are seeking a Repair Coordinator to join our team in Sedgwick's Repair Solutions division. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients and their customers in their time of need.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with partner builders to complete site assessments and building make safe.
  • Obtain specialist reports and coordinate property repairs.
  • Deliver an excellent customer experience through effective communication with customers, clients, and service providers.
  • Perform service delivery tasks and maintain case systems and databases in accordance with agreed SLAs or management requirements.
  • Maintain excellent Client/Supplier/Customer relationships through excellent written and verbal communication.
Requirements
  • Previous office experience in insurance claims or construction.
  • Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, including PivotTables and complex formulas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in documentation management and record-keeping.
