We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our Repair Solutions division in this crucial role. As a key member of our team, you'll support our clients and their customers by engaging with partner builders to complete site assessments and building make-safe procedures.

Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate smooth operations through effective communication with customers, clients, and service providers via various claims management platforms.

  • You will perform service delivery tasks and maintain case systems and databases in accordance with agreed SLAs or management requirements.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and customers through exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Record time accurately in compliance with Sedgwick's Time & Cost Recording Policy.
  • Prepare and issue invoices as per Sedgwick's billing requirements.
  • Manage agreements and relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that service delivery requirements are met.
  • Process payment requests received from external providers ensuring costs charged are in accordance with any agreed rates or reasonable for the service provided.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as hybrid working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and employee resource groups.
