Salary and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is $43.08 per hour. Job Description

This role requires a Business Analyst & Project Support Officer to work with the Enterprise Development team, analysing business requirements, developing functional specifications, and providing support in the delivery of diverse projects, initiatives, and solutions to enable the organisation to achieve its objectives.

  • Focusing on the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing support of CatholicCare's information systems
  • Participating in joint design and requirement workshops with Service Team Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and external consultants
  • Providing administrative services, coordinating meetings, preparing papers, drafting correspondence papers, and minutes to support project management delivery
  • Collaborating with program managers to identify enhancements to application systems, leverage existing and new application functionality, and recommend improvements to business processes
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science/Information Systems or other relevant discipline and/or experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of business systems
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to problem-solve, apply innovative and critical thinking
  • Ability to provide general advice to a workforce across various levels
  • Project management skills, including planning, coordination, and organisation skills
  • Customer-focused, ability to build positive and productive working relationships with people at all levels both internally and externally
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to provide general business advice
  • Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels both internally and externally
  • Research, data analysis, and report preparation skills
  • Ability to accurately compile and record agendas, minutes, and other project management documents
