Job Description

In this crucial role as a Site Assessment Specialist, you will support our clients and their customers by engaging with partner builders to complete site assessments and building make safe, before obtaining specialist reports and coordinating property repairs.

You will deliver an exceptional customer experience by facilitating smooth operations through effective communication with customers, clients, and service providers via various claims management platforms.

  • Perform service delivery tasks and maintain case systems and databases in accordance with agreed SLAs or management requirements.
  • Maintain excellent Client/Supplier/Customer relationships through exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Record time in accordance with Sedgwick's Time & Cost Recording Policy.
  • Prepare and issue invoices as per Sedgwick's billing requirements.
  • Manage agreements and relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that service delivery requirements are met.
  • Process payment requests received from external providers ensuring costs charged are in accordance with any agreed rates or are reasonable for the service(s) provided.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous office experience in insurance claims or construction.
  • Advanced skills in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel, including PivotTables and complex formulas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in documentation management and record-keeping.
  • A client-focused mentality, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
