About This Role

As a Senior Hris Analyst, you will play a critical role in building the future of our HR systems, elevating data integrity, and delivering insights that shape how we support our people and organisation.

This is an opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and passion for innovation to drive strategic business outcomes and elevate the employee experience.

  • Configure, test, and maintain our HRIS platforms to ensure seamless operations and high levels of data accuracy.
  • Lead and support system implementation and enhancement projects, collaborating with stakeholders to design effective solutions that meet business needs.
  • Design and implement process maps, workflows, and change management initiatives to drive organisational change and improvement.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and security protocols to safeguard sensitive information and prevent data breaches.
  • Perform regular audits and data cleansing to maintain data quality and integrity.
  • Support users and systems during data migrations, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and inform business decisions.
  • Identify inefficiencies in HR workflows and propose innovative solutions to drive process improvements and enhance productivity.
  • Champion innovation and continuous improvement, staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies to drive business success.

To succeed in this role, you must have permanent full working rights in Australia and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a similar role.
