We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the integration and improvement of our HR systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience in gathering, documenting, and analysing business requirements, as well as mapping current and future state processes to support integration and improvement initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements.
- Map current and future state processes to support integration and improvement initiatives.
- Produce high-quality documentation, diagrams, and reports for steering committees and technical teams.
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of HR-related systems and workflows.
- Support the testing and implementation phases to ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HR or enterprise systems environments.
- Strong skills in process mapping, business improvement analysis, and documentation using tools like Visio.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with a collaborative, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a dynamic project environment.
