Key Responsibilities:- Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Map current and future state processes to support integration and improvement initiatives.
- Produce high-quality documentation, diagrams, and reports for steering committees and technical teams.

As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for leading process mapping, business improvement analysis, and documentation using tools like Visio.
Requirements:- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in HR or enterprise systems environments.
- Strong skills in process mapping, business improvement analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across teams.
- A collaborative, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt in a dynamic project environment.
- Experience in HR systems projects, with exposure to Workday considered beneficial but not essential.
