We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Redcliffe. Whether you're a recent HR graduate or just starting out in your HR career, this role offers hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle — all within a supportive and dynamic team environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you'll support day-to-day HR operations, including:

  • Providing general HR administrative support across the team
  • Coordinating recruitment activities and candidate communications
  • Assisting with onboarding and compliance documentation
  • Managing the HR inbox and responding to employee queries
  • Drafting employment contracts and variations
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Supporting HR projects and contributing to process improvements.

What You'll Bring:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Confidence in working with systems and adapting to new processes
  • A basic understanding of the Fair Work Act and employment legislation (preferred but not essential)
