- Develop detailed process maps to support current and future state processes.
- Produce high-quality documentation and reports for steering committees and technical teams.
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of HR-related systems and workflows.
- Ensure successful testing and implementation phases.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in HR or enterprise systems environments.
- Strong skills in process mapping, business improvement analysis, and documentation using tools like Visio.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative attitude with ability to adapt in dynamic project environments.
- Previous experience in HR systems projects is beneficial.
