Training and Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Support Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in enabling staff across our IT domain to confidently adopt new systems and processes through effective training and support.

This is a daily rate contract, with 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.

  • Basic documentation (e.g., drafting of user guides, moving documented process maps from one tool to another)
  • Facilitate both in-person and online training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs to support system and process changes.
  • Closely collaborate with change managers and analysts to ensure training aligns with broader transformation initiatives.
  • Provide hands-on support to faculty teams, helping them navigate new tools and workflows with confidence.
  • Maintain clear and accessible documentation to support ongoing learning and adoption.

About the Role:

As a Training and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to our staff. You will work closely with our change management team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to support system and process changes
  • Provide hands-on support to faculty teams, helping them navigate new tools and workflows
  • Maintain clear and accessible documentation to support ongoing learning and adoption
