Innovative Learning Solutions Expert

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development professional to join our team as a key member of the Transformation Division in Human Resources. As a critical role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and delivering innovative learning solutions that develop and enhance the capability of our people across various areas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, with experience working on large-scale projects and transformation programs. You will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, advising, designing, and building creative learning solutions that meet the needs of our business. Your expertise will help us transform our learning culture and create a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.
You will work closely with our Program Learning Design Lead to gather requirements and assess suitability of potential learning solutions. Your excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills will enable you to liaise and collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to influence outcomes and translate intent into effective learning solutions.

- Design and build innovative learning solutions that meet the needs of our business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand changes and business challenges through process workshops.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness and provide expert advice on L&D best practices.
We are looking for someone with:
- A minimum of 5 years of instructional design experience in digital and instructor-led training development.
- Experience working within large-scale projects and/or transformation programs in a commercially driven environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication skills to collaborate with business leaders and SMEs.
- Strong business acumen and a positive attitude.
