Learning Specialist

Job Summary:
The Learning Specialist role is a critical part of our school's commitment to excellence in teaching and learning. This position requires an individual who possesses exceptional expertise in teaching and learning practices, with the ability to model and implement high-quality instruction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality teaching and learning programs that meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Model and promote exemplary classroom practice, including through demonstration lessons and coaching teachers.
  • Collaborate with the school leadership team to develop and implement whole-school improvement strategies related to curriculum planning and delivery.
  • Provide expert advice on teaching and learning practices, as well as support for teachers in evaluating the impact of their programs on student learning growth.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated expert knowledge of relevant curriculum areas and the ability to model exemplary teaching practices.
  • Proven track record of improving student outcomes through effective teaching and learning strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
