Job Title: Enterprise Enablement Expert

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our enablement strategy in the ANZ region. This role will report to the Director of Learning and Enablement for APJ.

The mission of the Enablement team is to empower sales and customer-facing demand generation roles with essential skills through exceptional enablement programs. In this position, you'll assess and enhance skills necessary to elevate learner effectiveness in the field.

  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to discover, validate, and prioritize innovative sales and technical enablement initiatives.
  • Contribute to global enablement strategy through innovative enablement programs, covering design, development, implementation, and reporting oversight.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to keep up-to-date with evolving platform capabilities and product messaging.
  • Establish effective assessment methods and metrics to gauge enablement program effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in enablement, training at a SaaS company.
  • Results-driven with strong program management skills and customer focus.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and staying flexible through growth and change.
