Job Title: Events Coordinator

 

We are seeking a highly motivated Events Coordinator to support our team in planning and delivering various events. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including event attendees, speakers, and sponsors.
  • Ensure smooth event execution, including setup, registration, and logistics.
  • Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring costs are within allocated limits.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office and event management software.
