### Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an engaging, friendly, and enthusiastic customer-focused receptionist to join our team at Kingswim Frankston. As a key member of our reception team, you will play a vital part in ongoing communication and customer service to all our families.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to our swimmers and their families
* Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries
* Maintain accurate records and data entry
* Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

### Requirements

* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong computer and data entry skills
* Willingness to learn our internal database system with guidance and training

### Availability

* Suitable applicants will be available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays pm on a weekly basis
* Successful applicants will be open to flexible shifts when required
