Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity to work with a large Government department located onsite at their Parramatta Office.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, as well as email and webchat queries daily
* Answer incoming customer enquiries and requests for information
* Maintain customer satisfaction
* Stay updated on departmental policy changes to determine responses
* Handle customer data and information with confidentiality
* Maintain accurate records and databases accurately

**Requirements**

* A minimum of 2 years experience in a call centre or customer service role
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills
* Intermediate experience in Excel and Spreadsheet tasks
* High level of professionalism
* Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated experience responding to emails and webchat
* Advanced computer literacy skills
* Previous experience in a contact centre would be beneficial
