Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Manpower Australia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clarify and take loan set bookings, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Enter consignment set cases and replenish consignment sets, maintaining inventory levels and ensuring efficient operations.
  • Invoice loan set and consignment operations, including problem-solving and resolving customer inquiries.
  • Carry out customer order entry and maintenance, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Liaise with couriers regarding tracking and other aspects of carrier distribution services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Facilitate repair and repair loaner system, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Review and process credits, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement.
  • Process internal orders as required, maintaining efficient and organized operations.
  • Monitor and action daily and weekly reports regarding matters including backorder lists, replenishment lists, and status reports, ensuring proactive and informed decision-making.
  • Ensure all monthly responsibilities are completed during the month, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure correct authorization is obtained with appropriate documentation, maintaining compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure Purchase orders are received and invoices are processed within one month of the surgery date, report and monitor exceptions, and collaborate with Sales and customers to resolve issues and delays.
  • Manage phone calls and emails to provide detailed and accurate product information to customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
  • Timely communication to internal staff (particularly Sales and Marketing) regarding potential sales and market intelligence, ensuring informed and proactive decision-making.
  • Actively assist the loan sets team where required to do so, maintaining a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Other projects as may be required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
