The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Receptionist/Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, members, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests and members.
- Perform reception duties with a focus on professionalism and pride in presentation.
- Assist with stock take and handle various administrative tasks as needed.
- Drive membership and retail sales through effective cross-selling and proactive engagement.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of membership requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the gym.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues requiring attention.
