**Job Overview:**

As a Customer Service Representative at Australian Smile Group, you will be the key liaison between our company and educational institutions, including schools and childcare centers. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with these institutions via phone calls, address their inquiries, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration between them and our organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Initiate and manage calls to schools and childcare centers to discuss our services, address questions, and gather feedback.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, childcare center directors, and other key contacts.
  3. Act as the main point of contact for educational institutions, ensuring accurate and timely communication of information between the institutions and Australian Smile Group.
  4. Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by schools and childcare centers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions, including call logs, feedback, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
  6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure that the needs and feedback of schools and childcare centers are addressed and integrated into our service offerings.
  7. Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities, customer feedback, and any emerging trends or issues.

**Qualifications:**

  1. Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. Experience in an educational or childcare-related field is a plus.
  2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  3. Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of contacts.
  4. Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  5. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
