**Job Overview**

The role of Work Health and Safety Manager is critical in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. This position requires a high level of leadership and direction to manage employees and resources effectively.

Key responsibilities include leading service delivery of Work Health and Safety and Injury Management throughout the organization, using a customer-focused approach. The role will also collaborate with stakeholders both internally and externally to provide an effective injury management service.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety or a related discipline;
  • Demonstrated operational and strategic experience at a senior level;
  • Experience in collaborating with diverse teams and superior stakeholder engagement to build the desired health and safety culture;
  • Proven knowledge in understanding and translating legislation and regulatory standards;
  • Leadership experience in managing a small professional team.
