This role involves championing a commitment to care and performance by implementing and improving workplace health, safety, and injury management programs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Injury Management, with knowledge of relevant NSW and Commonwealth WHS legislation. They will also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate hazards.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through training and awareness programs.
- Manage workers' compensation claims and coordinate rehabilitation services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to achieve optimal WHS and injury management outcomes.
- Proven experience in Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Injury Management.
- Knowledge of relevant NSW and Commonwealth WHS legislation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and drive positive WHS outcomes.
