We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Work Health & Safety Trainee. This role offers on-the-job training and the chance to complete a nationally recognized qualification while making a valuable contribution to vital public services.

About the Role

The Work Health & Safety Trainee will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of workplace health and safety policies and procedures. The successful candidate will have a keen interest in workplace safety, a willingness to learn and work as part of a team, and the ability to work in a physically active role, both indoors and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of workplace health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
