Key Responsibilities- Meet the daily care needs of residents within the community
- Provide support to residents presenting with complex care needs
- Accompany clients to appointments, social & recreational activities, adhering to specialist plans and medication administration, personal care, manual handling, meal preparation as per NDIS plan goals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Use of own vehicle
- Appropriate certificate level qualification in Community Services, Mental Health or Disability, or equivalent relevant experience in the human services industry
- Valid NSW Drivers C class licence, with ability to drive vehicles in licence class, including large cars and vans.
- Must be fit to undertake the physical requirements of customer support, including the capacity to lift 10 kilograms unassisted
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, other common systems
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
