Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our customer qualifying team to onboard customers, conducting welcome calls and completing virtual assessments using an enablement and wellness approach, developing care and support plans promoting independence and considering risk profiles, ensuring customers and representatives are informed of choices and decisions, and efficiently utilising resources for customer education and driving adoption of the Mable Customer Portal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships and rapport quickly, providing amazing customer service.
  • Discuss finances and budgets with customers, working with empathy to maintain choice and control.
  • Demonstrate skills in dispute resolution, critical thinking, time management, and decision making.
  • Be tech savvy, confident using Google suite, Salesforce, and cloud-based contact centre software.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience in customer-facing roles. You will also need to be proficient in using technology platforms and have a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
