About the Role

The Member Support Consultant is a vital role at Goodlife Health Clubs, responsible for building and maintaining a thriving membership base. As a key player in our team, you will be the first point of contact for prospective members and will inspire them to embark on their wellness journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads via community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
  • Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create exceptional member experiences through personalized interactions
  • Ensure successful outcomes to member enquiries
  • Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
  • Participate in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regularly engage with new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey and recommend club-based products to enhance their experience

About You

  • First Aid & CPR certificates
  • An ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and help them achieve their goals
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication abilities to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others
  • Tenacity to achieve individual targets and team goals
  • A customer-focused approach with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
