The Opportunity

We are seeking Member Support Consultants (MSCs) who can build and maintain a thriving membership base. As the first point of contact for prospective members, you will inspire them to begin their wellness journey with us and help thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger, and happier versions of themselves.

Your role will be highly varied and focused on achieving membership growth goals through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. You will be experts in all things Goodlife, able to seamlessly swap between sales and lead generation, provide excellent service on the reception desk, and proactively communicate with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.

Responsibilities

  • You will contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns.
  • You will generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • You will achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
  • You will provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  • You will create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
  • You will achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
  • You will open and close the club as per the club roster.
  • You will actively involve in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
  • You will make regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey and recommend club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience.

About You

  • You must have current First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • You should be able to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals.
  • You must be able to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
  • You should have outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise, and influence others.
  • You must have tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
  • You should be customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
