The Opportunity:
A career in the fitness industry is a career like no other. With Goodlife Health Clubs, you'll play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. As a Member Support Consultant (MSC), you'll interact with prospective members, inspiring them to begin their wellness journey with us.
You'll be responsible for achieving membership growth goals through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service. You'll be an expert in all things Goodlife, seamlessly swapping between sales and lead generation, providing excellent service on the reception desk, and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.
Your Responsibilities:
- Contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
About You:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise, and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
