We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Member Support Consultants.

Job DescriptionAs a Member Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively contributing to club sales budgets through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Creating great member journeys through positive and personalised interactions
- Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
- Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication skills, including listening, understanding, empathising, and influencing others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer focus with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
