Fitness Club Sales Consultant

We are a leading fitness organisation in Australia, operating 97 premium clubs across Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia. Our mission is to empower people to live the Goodlife by providing industry-leading gym facilities, innovative group fitness classes, and bespoke personal training solutions.
The OpportunityAs a Member Support Consultant (MSC) at our Nundah club, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining a thriving Goodlife Health Club membership base. Your primary responsibility will be to inspire prospective members to begin their wellness journey with us and provide exceptional customer service to existing members.
Responsibilities- Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise, and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes

- An estimated salary of $40,000-$45,000 (base salary and commission), plus superannuation benefits
