This is a hands-on role based in our North Ryde office, requiring the successful candidate to manage a team of 4 Engineers and assist with project coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading a team of technical professionals to ensure timely resolution of IT issues
  2. Managing daily operations to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  3. Providing technical guidance and support to team members
  4. Conducting training and development meetings with the team
  5. Collaborating with the Project Manager to ensure project delivery
  6. Coordinating with external clients and internal departments to gather necessary information
  7. Overseeing project updates and documentation

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as strong leadership abilities to inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service results.

Requirements for the role include:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in IT Support, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position
  2. Previous experience leading a team in a managed services environment
  3. Strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to drive results
  4. Excellent communication and engagement skills
  5. A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and a commitment to achieving results
  6. A valid driver's license is required
