Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Kmart Group. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for delivering expert support for a range of IT issues, including hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support for IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our business operations.
- Manage and prioritize incoming service requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Monitor IT systems and infrastructure to proactively identify and address potential issues, ensuring the stability and security of our technology environment.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions, improving future troubleshooting processes and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
- Collaborate with junior team members, providing training and mentorship to support their growth and development.
- Proven experience in a Service Desk / Helpdesk role within a retail or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, including experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them efficiently.
