Work with a well established Healthcare organisation, as they grow their Service Desk team Based in Melbourne's, South Eastern Suburbs, our client offer a hybrid working model where they can enjoy collaborating in the office 3 days per week. Our client are working through an exciting growth period and will be expanding their Service Desk Team to support demand Are you looking for a new Service Desk Role to start ASAP? Look no further

**Your new role**

In this Service Desk Analyst role you will provide level 1-2 support to both company HQ and multiple distribution centres. Your daily tasks will look like:

- Provide face to face and remote Level 1-2 technical support, ensuring all end users are supported with upmost customer service skills
- Log, diagnose and action service desk tickets in a timely manner in like with guidelines and processes.
- Work towards team SLA's, ensuring top quality service in terms of communication, updates and timelines.
- On board and off board end users, password resets, assisting with VPN and wi-fi connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with team members to identify ticket trends, improve system functionality and feedback to wider IT team.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be considered for this role you will need:

- 2 years of experience working within a helpdesk role providing level 1 & 2 support
- Experience working with commonly used ticketing tools such as Jira, Service Now or similar.
- Knowledge of Windows Desktop environment, Azure AD, VPN access O365 and more.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills to compliment technical ability
