Key Responsibilities
  • Handle multiple channels of support enquiries, including phone, email, and online ticketing systems

We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to achieve within a team environment. You should have problem-solving skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
